Cell Phones
Cell phone service in Groveland and Yosemite is very limited across all carriers. To assist our guests, Serenite Hotels offers free long-distance calls to anywhere in the USA. For international calls, we recommend purchasing a calling card.

Reservations
An advance deposit equal to your first night's stay plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. The balance for additional nights will be billed upon your arrival.

Cancellations & Changes
We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your arrival to avoid forfeiting your deposit. A $30.00 processing fee per hotel room will apply to all cancellations made directly through Serenite Hotels.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable.
If your reservation was made through a third-party platform (Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), you are responsible for adhering to the cancellation policies outlined by the respective provider.

Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please inform us in advance so we can arrange after-hours access.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

Parking
Complimentary guest parking is available.

Lost & Found
If you forget or misplace an item during your stay, please contact us. If found, we will gladly return it to you for the cost of postage plus a $10 handling fee.

Occupancy
Room rates are based on standard occupancy. Additional guests over the age of 2 will incur a $20.00 per person, per night charge.

Room Selection
We make every effort to honor your chosen room. However, in rare instances, we may need to reassign accommodations. If this occurs, you will receive a room of equal size, price, and amenities—or a complimentary upgrade when available.

Privacy Policy
Serenite Hotels collects email addresses to facilitate reservations and to inform guests of special offers through our monthly newsletter. We do not sell or share guest information with third parties.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel, restaurant, guest rooms, and within 20 feet of any operable doors or windows. Failure to comply will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

Damages
Guests will be held responsible for any damages or missing items discovered during their stay.

Pet Policy
We understand that pets are part of the family. Please discuss your pet accommodations with us in advance, as we offer limited pet-friendly rooms. A $20 per night, per pet fee applies.
Registered service animals are welcome in all rooms at no additional charge.
Emotional support animals are not classified as service animals under California law (except in San Francisco) and are subject to standard pet fees.

Our primary reason for collecting personal information is to ensure a seamless reservation experience. We only collect essential data necessary for this purpose. Personally identifiable information will never be disclosed, sold, or shared unless specifically requested by you.

  • Once shared with a third party, your personal data will be governed by that entity’s privacy policy, and Serenite Hotels will not be responsible for its use.
