Just because we are far from it all does not mean you have to rough it. We have 18 self-service cabins that range in size from being able to accommodate two people to groups up to eight if you’re traveling with friends or family, and we also offer eight rooms in Kit Carson in our lodge that are serviced daily for those who want a little more pampering. Nearly all of our accommodations have majestic lake views and antique decorations that will make you step back in time.
Please note that due to our remote nature, there is only cell service near/around our main lodge area. We like to think of this as a feature, and invite you to unplug and unwind away from the hectic noise of the world.
The lodge rooms are intended for guests that do not wish to cook during their stay and instead choose to take advantage of our wonderful restaurant on the property. All of the rooms in our lodge have access to an outdoor deck with a lake view. Because sound travels easily in the lodge, we do not allow children under the age of 10 to stay in the hotels and recommend families rent our stand-alone cabins instead.
All of the cabins and hotel rooms were built on steep terrain and or have steps up into the units. If you have any specific requirements please call our reservation number to let us know how we can help.
Our cabins vary in size and can host 2-8 people. They include completely equipped kitchen facilities including a refrigerator/freezer, gas range, and sink for you to prepare your own hearty and delicious meals. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, and utensils are provided. Each cabin is also equipped with a charcoal grill. All the beds in each cabin are made up with the highest quality linens and the bathroom towels will be fully stocked as well.
